KUNG FU TO’A ____A game cum need of time

Kung fu To’a--- A martial art game, firstly introduced by Grand Master Ebrahim Mirzaii in 1960s in Iran. This game is result of his deep study of eastern martial art games and oriental philosophy with an aim to introduce entirely new game. It is a mixture of different martial arts including Shaolin Kung Fu. It has a combination of Northern and Southern styles of Shaolin Kung Fu. It’s one of the most sophisticated, effective and advanced forms of martial arts in the world.

Interestingly martial game is very close to natural world. Human being learned a lot from animals e.g. Radar system is inspired from bats and sonar system of Submarine is borrowed from Dolphin. Similarly most of the techniques and moves of this game are originated from animals’ behaviors like fighting, attaching, defending, shouting, hiding, establishing, jumping and leaping.

Kung Fu To’a is a mixture of two words i.e. Kung Fu (Chinese word which means Work Hard/ Difficult moves) & To’a (Mind & Body), collectively, Hard work of mind & body. Unlike Shaolin or other martial arts games, Kung Fu To’a is not only a combat style attacking game, but also it spiritually unlocks mysterious qualities of brain and body which had become dormant and inactive due to civilization we are living nowadays. It expels weakness off the body, raises self-confidence. It teaches peace & friendship and to help and understanding among human beings. It encourages seeking for knowledge and prompts the curiosity. It is against lies and jealousy. A true student of Kung Fu To’a fights addiction and corruption.

Originator of this game i.e. Ebrahim, had an idea behind this great game and symbolize it by drawing Sword holding bird on its badge i.e. Simorgh. In Iran Simorgh was a legendry bird back in 3500 B.C, famous for its mighty, healing, love, wisdom, advising and quickness, which show the basic intention and approach of its originator as well as lesson to its followers.

Unluckily, despite of its renowned acceptance in more than 50 countries, uptill now it has no recognition in Pakistan and many attempts have been made to regularize this outstanding and wonderful martial art game to be a recognized sport in Pakistan Sports, but due to some incompetent and unproductive people, who had no vision, it looks like more time required to be recognized this game as a national game Pakistan.

کاش ہم بے حس نہ ہوتے ۔۔۔

جمیل کوئی نامی گرامی معما ر تو نہیں تھا، لیکن اسکے ہاتھوں عمارات کی تعمیر کا ہنر دیکھ کر لگتا تھا جیسے یہ اسکا جدی پشتی کام تھا،  اس حوالے سے اس علاقے میں اسکا کوئی مقابلہ نہیں تھا ۔ جمیل جہاں رہتا تھا وہ ایک متوسط گھرانوں کا علاقہ تھا  اور جمیل علاقے سے باہر کام کرنے کم ہی جاتا تھا لیکن علاقے میں اسکو کام مل جایا کرتا تھا، لیکن اسکے باوجود اس   کو حاصل ہونے والی اجرت سے اسکے گھر کی بنیادی ضروریات 

پوری نہیں ہو پاتی تھیں۔ اسکی ماشا   ءاللہ چار بیٹیاں تھیں اور بیٹا نہیں تھا۔

اسکا گھر بہت چھوٹا تھا جسکی چھت بارشوں کی وجہ سے کافی خراب ہو گئی تھی  لیکن اسکی مرمت کے لئے اسکے پاس رقم نہ تھی اسلئے ، دوسروں کے گھر تعمیر کرنے والے کو اپنا گھر ادھار لے کر مرمت کروانا پڑا

  ۔وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ اسکی بیٹیاں بھی جوان ہو رہی تھیں اور وہ تعلیم بھی صرف بڑی دو بیٹیوں کو ہی دلا پایا تھا جن میں سے ایک شادی کے قابل ہو گئی تھی۔ اب جمیل کو بیٹی کی شادی  اور اسکے جہیز کی فکر ستانے لگی۔ گھر ویسے ہی بڑی مشکل سے چل رہا تھا، جہیز کا انتظام کہاں سے کرتا ، ادھار بھی کہاں سے لیتا  کیونکہ پہلے ہی گھر کی مرمت کے لئے ادھار لے رکھا تھا وہ ابھی واجب الادا تھا ۔ سب پڑوس والے اور محلے دار جانتے تھے کہ وہ کن مسائل کا شکار ہے اور کس پریشانی میں مبتلا ہے لیکن کسی نے اسکی ڈھارس نہیں بندھائی  اور نہ ہی کوئی مالی مدد کی۔آخرایک دن انہی سوچوں میں گم ایک رات دل کا دورہ پڑنے سے اسکا فانی جسم تمام تر پریشانیوں سے نجات پا گیا، ڈاکٹر نےدل کے دورے کی 

وجہ کوئی پریشانی یا ذہنی دباؤ بتایا تھا ۔

اسکی وفات کے کچھ عرصہ بعد، سب محلے داروں نے مل کر اسکی سب سے بڑی بیٹی کی شادی بڑے اہتمام کے ساتھ کی ۔اسکی بیوہ نے کپڑے سینے شروع کر دیئے ، بڑی بیٹی نےاپنے ہی  گھر میں پڑھانا

 شروع کر دیا اور ساتھ ہی ساتھ اپنی چھوٹی بہنوں کو بھی پڑھانا شروع کر دیا، محلے کے کچھ مخیر حضرات نے اسکے گھر کے راشن کی ذمہ داری لے لی، اسکے ذمے جو واجب الادا قرض تھا وہ بھی ادا کر دیا گیا، الغرض جن پریشانیوں ، سوچوں اور ذمہ داریوںمیں غلطاں رہنے کی وجہ سے وہ اس دنیا سے رخصت ہوا تھا،  وہ اسکی وفات کے بعد کافی بہتر انداز سے سبکدوش ہوئیں۔

1 ہمارے معاشرے میں ، چند اچھے لوگوں کے علاوہ ،اکثریت  یا تو اپنے ہمسائیوں کے حالات سے واقف نہیں ہے، یا اگر واقف ہے تو کسی قسم کی مدد کرنے سے گریز کرتی ہے۔ کچھ ایسے لوگ بھی بکثرت موجود ہیں جو مدد کرنے کے بعد اسکا اتنا ڈھندورا پیٹتے ہیں کہ مدد لینے والا شرم سے منہ چھپاتا پھرتا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ  معاشرے میں سفید پوش لوگ آج بھی اپنی پریشانی یا تکلیف کا بے تکلفی سے ہر ایک سے ذکر نہیں کرتے۔

ہوئی مدت کہ غالب مر گیا، پر یاد آتا ہے

وہ ہر اک بات پہ کہنا،کہ یوں ہوتا تو کیا ہوتا

سعودی عرب! اسلامی ریاست یا سلطنت سعود!

 سعودی عرب جیسا کہ نام سے ہی واضح ہے "سعود کا عرب"۔ نہ تو اسکا نام اسلامی ہے اور نہ ہی اسکی حکمت عملی اور سیاسی مصلحتیں اسلامی ہیں۔ سعودی عرب  ایک شاہی خاندان کی حکومت کا نام ہے جو اپنے برطانوی آقا کی مہربانی سے اس جگہ پر حکمران ہے جہاں دنیا کا سب سے بڑا تیل کا ذخیرہ ہے۔اس کے علاوہ یہ شاہی خاندان مسلمانوں کی سب سے مقدس جگہوں(مکہ مکرمہ اور مدینہ منورہ) کے محافظ ہونے کے  بھی دعویدار ہیں، اور جب بھی اپنی غلط  سیا سی حکمت عملی کی وجہ سے اپنی  بادشاہت کو  خطرہ محسوس کرتے ہیں تو اس خطرے کوپوری دنیا کے مسلمانوں کے سامنے، عالم اسلام پر خطرہ کے طور پر پیش کرتے ہیں۔  مگر حیرانی کی بات یہ ہے کہ تمام مسلم دنیا کی بجائے اسکے سب سے مضبوط مراسم امریکہ، برطانیہ، روس ، اسرائیل ،  یورپین اور مغربی ممالک سے ہیں، اور پوری مسلم دنیا انہی مغربی ریاستوں کے بپا کئے ہوئے مظالم کا شکار ہے جو ان ریاستوں نے معدنیات اور ذخائر کی لالچ میں پوری دنیا میں روا رکھا ہوا ہے۔

تمام دنیا کے مسلما ن  حجاز مقدس کی سرزمین پر سالانہ حج و عمرہ کی سعادت حاصل کرنے آتے ہیں، جس پر ہر سال نیا ٹیکس اور ویزہ کی فیسوں میں اضافہ متعارف کروا دیا جاتا ہے اور کھربوں روپے سعودی عرب کے خزانے میں جمع ہوتے ہیں۔  دوسری جانب سعودی عرب دنیا کے سب سے بڑے تیل کےذخائر کا مالک ہے۔2016 میں ایران کی حکومت نے حج زائرین کو سعودی عرب جانے سے روک دیا جس سے سعودی عرب کو خاصہ مالی نقصان برداشت کرنا پڑا لیکن اسکا مداوہ مسلمانوں کوپانچ گناتک  حج و عمرہ کی فیسوں کی ادایئگی کی صورت میں ادا کرنا پڑا  اور سعودی عرب میں ملازمین کو بھی تنخواہوں میں خاطر خواہ کمی برداشت کرنا پڑی،لیکن مجال ہے  جو سعودی بادشاہ اور شہزادوں کی شاہ خرچیوں میں ذرہ برابر بھی فرق پڑا ہو۔ اگر سعودی عرب مسلم امہ کی مقدس زمین ہے تو اس سے حاصل ہونے والی آمدنی پر مظلوم، کمزور، اور  ضرورت مند مسلم امہ کابھی  غیر شرط حق ہے ۔ کیا آج تک سعودی عرب نے مسلم امہ کو یکجا کرنے یا مسلمان ممالک کی فلاح کے لئے کا کوئی قدم اٹھا یا ہے، بلکہ مسلم ممالک بشمول پاکستان کو سعودی عرب کی پالیسیوں کا خمیازہ بھگتنا پڑ رہا ہے، جس میں 1980 سے لے کر اب تک پاکستان کے منتخب مدرسوں میں نام نہاد جہاد کی تربیت کے لئے فنڈ دینا بھی شامل ہے ۔

 پوری مسلم امہ اس وقت جس انتشار کا شکار ہے، سعودی  عرب کوئی مثبت کردار ادا کرنے کی بجائے اپنی بادشاہت بچا نے میں مصروف ہے۔کیا وجہ ہے کہ سعودی عرب کی زیادہ تر چپقلش اور تنازعات مسلم ممالک کے ساتھ ہیں اور انکے ساتھ باقائدہ جنگ میں مصروف ہے مثال کے طور پر یمن میں مسلمانوں کے خون کا سہرابھی سعودی بادشاہت کے سر ہے۔علاوہ ازیں شام میں چھڑی ہوئی جنگ میں سعودی عرب کی سیاست کسی سے چھپی ہوئی نہیں۔

حال ہی میں امریکی صدر ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ نے مئی 2017 میں سعودی عرب کے دورے پر سعودی فرمانروا سے 350بلین امریکی ڈالرکا اسلحہ بیچنے کا معائدہ کیا ہے جسکی ایک قسط 110 بلین ڈالریکمشت ادا کی جانی تھی۔ ساتھ ہی ساتھ ٹرمپ صاحب کی آمد کے نتیجہ میں سعودی عرب نے اپنے ہمسایہ دوست ملک قطر سے بھی ہر طرح کے تعلقات ختم کرنے کا اعلان کر دیا۔

سوال یہ ہے کہ ایسی کونسی بغاوت یا جنگ کا خطرہ محسوس کرتے ہوئے اتنا اسلحہ خریدنے کی ضرورت پیش آئی؟ اپنے قریبی دوست امریکہ کی اسلحہ کی صنعت کو منافعہ بخش فروغ دینے کے لئے یا شام میں جنگ کو بڑھاوا دینے کے لئے، یا پھر یمن سے جنگ لڑنے کے لئے ؟

RESOURCE CURSED ROHINGYA!

Countries with plenty of resources especially developing countries, are facing miseries in form of violation of human rights, lack of economical stability, illegal eviction of inhabitants from their houses, clashes of communities on the basis of ethnicity or religion etc.. More or less, ROHINGYA is also facing the same crisis, without any help/ support from any country.

Even China is not taking any positive step regarding miseries of Rohingyas. On the other hand Russia, also backing China’s interests, blocked a United Nation Security Council draft resolution on Rohingyas. Not only this, even in a closed-door meeting at Security Council last week, China even differing helpful engagement of United Nation in Myanmar.

One of the reasons behind this silence is project of “One Belt, One Road”, while through this project China securing military base in deep-sea port in Rakhine, to keep oil and gas pipelines running through Rakhine to China. Due to lack of transparency, project is facing agitation from residents and activists, therefore such miseries are favoring them by elimination of one ethnic group. On the other hand Buddhist community does not want to share upcoming economic benefits with Muslims.

Including copper mining project, overall China had an investment of US$ 18.5 Billion in Myanmar, and India had an investment of US$ 2 Billion as she is also constructing a road from Mizoram to Sittwe of Myanmar and planning more infrastructure projects in order to balance influence in Southeast Asia. Apart from these India also planning to deport 40,000 Rohingya refugees.

Pakistan also has strong ties with China with common interests in China Pakistan Economic Corridor, therefore uptill now Pakistan remained silent on inhuman activates and atrocities being committed in Rohingya, probably to save China’s interest in Rohingya.

Why most of the developing country, rich with resources, has no stable or democratic government, especially when her neighbors are strong in power with strong armed army? Apart from this, it has been observed that in such countries, state army or autocracy remained in power without any due representation of nation. Even if country is stable and afterwards she discovered some resources like oil, gas or minerals, even then she is under grave threat of intrusion, either inside i.e. rebels, army etc. or outside from lusty and forceful neighbors.

Abundance in resources, which presumed to be blessings for a country, became a misery and threat towards residents of Rakhine State. 

ROHINGYAS under genocidal attack by Buddha’s Islam-phobic followers

Following killings of innocent and unarmed women and children, Myanmar government pictured it “an effort to eliminate terrorism”. Deceitfully, Aung San Suu Kyi alleging that international media is spreading false news regarding violence and current situation in Rohingyas and on the other hand she is not giving access towards persecuted civilians of Rohingyas. Her statements and attitude, clearly depicts that she is not only ethnically obsessed, but also anti-Muslim, as she remained notoriously famous for anti-Muslim statement in 2013, when BBC Today Anchor, Mishal Hussain interviewed her and asked her whether she had any idea of hardship faced by Muslims. Answering the question, she not only behaved violently but also after interview she disrespectfully said “No one told me that I was to be interviewed by a Muslim”.

In another statement Suu Kyi depicted that Ethnic group are burning their own homes to ground just to make situation worse and blaming government. Surprisingly, no one asked, this Nobel Laureate, why the people who already living hand to mouth, would burn their houses, just to blame tyrant government. UNHCR had evidence and recorded clips regarding killings of Muslim families and footages in which Junta as well as Official Police alongwith Buddhist monks burning homes of Muslim minority. 

Suu Kyi should realize that such state sponsored ethnic cleansing, is not only threat to Muslims of Myanmar but also towards Buddhist minority (in Islamic States) who are peacefully living around the world in more than 170 countries constituting 8% to 9% of world population. Recently on 7^th September, 2017 she made a statement that Rohingya issue is similar to that of Kashmir issue, adamantly portraying massacre as one of the political issues. She just dared to, because of such politicians who diplomatically not interested to resolve such issues.

I am so much confused that, why neighboring & other Muslim states (particularly Arab Countries i.e. So-called leaders of Muslim World) are not raising their voices against this bloodbath. One of the disappointing factor is that, despite of Israel arms provision to Junta, Myanmar Armed Forces, King Salman of Saudi Arabia in March 2015, provide eighty million dollars to support Benjamin Netanyahu’s Election Campaign, which shows that Muslim States are, one way or the other, are involved in this ethnic atrocity.

Muslims of Rohingya are being killed on petty issues since 1942 when Thakin leaders murdered Muslim men, women and children and looted their houses, and situation is worse now. State Constitution of Myanmar, 2008, declined the nationality of Rohingya and declared them illegal immigrants, which further provoked Buddhist to riot against Muslims. There are no rights for them instead they are living worse than any living creature on earth. Not only this, following Aung San Suu Kyi’s statement in 2013 against Muslim Anchor in a Talk Show, situation become worst and since then much more Muslims had been slay by Buddhist Monks under the leadership of Buddhist monk, Ashin Wirathu, and Ma Ba Tha (Organization for protection of Race & Religion), vicious and ruthless Organization led by radical and fundamentalist monks. Currently, Rohingya burning under direct leadership of Ashin Wirathu and Ma Ba Tha with the help Myanmar government.

In 1991, when these illegal immigrants were granted white cards to vote with some rights, these radical and extremist monks harshly protested and resultantly these white cards were rescinded, so they could not participate in General Elections of 2015. These fundamentalist monks are Islam-phobic and frightened with any Muslim representation in Myanmar’s Parliament.

Apathy and cold bloodedness is not limited to Myanmar Govt. but also extended towards neighboring Muslim country i.e. Bangladesh, whose Prime Minister Hasine Wajid stated that this is internal affair of Myanmar Govt. and she could not help those Muslims due to lack of resources and pushing Myanmar Govt. to take back refugees.

Not only Myanmar, but every country particularly Muslim countries are responsible for this annihilation and ethnic cleansing, by keeping silence. 

IT’S TIME TO EXTRICATE FROM DRUGS TO NATURAL DIET…

Hippocrates (460-370 B.C) believed that Human Body has innate capacity for self-healing, but this theory of self-healing as well as self-healing quality of human body had been much damaged by Medical Doctors’ approach by substituting it with “A pill for every ill” and the result is that instead of cure one may become sick of infection and side effects of medicine-and to remove those side effects he has to take more medicines and, thereby instead of healing, getting addicted.

What could be the reason that despite of advance research and invention of cure, we are not only helpless against dangerous diseases but also entangled in more complicated sickness and only rescue-we are aware of-is daily high intake of medicines? Frequently doctors nowadays suggesting use of medicines and not encouraging patients for natural diet, enriched with nutrition. Like Dr. Linus Carl Pauling (1901-1994), [Nobel Laureate in Chemistry & Peace], quoted that Optimum Nutrition is the medicine of tomorrow.

During 1600-1800 A.D, more than one million sailors of British Navy expired due to Scurvy (deficiency of Vitamin-C), and at that time medical doctors were inquisitive of cure, but through drugs. Interesting fact is that despite of early discovery of its cure i.e. 1535 A.D- and uptill 1747 A.D scurvy was known as disease, just because medical doctors were adamant and believing this disease as deficiency of Vitamin-C and that its cure already available naturally. This matter is not limited to scurvy but also pellagra (deficiency of Vitamin-B). Similarly, Dr. G. Edward Griffin, held in his book World Without Cancer, argumentatively held that the cancer is nothing but a deficiency of Vitamin B-17 (laetrile).

In May 2016, while medical research at its peak, Food Standards Agency (FSA) U.K, issued warning regarding consumption of apricot kernel by contrast the same as cyanide and cancerous. On the other hand, here in Pakistan, in Hunza (Northern Area of Pakistan) inhabitants have mainly one thing to consume on a large scale in their daily life i.e. apricot, its kernel and oil extracted from apricot kernel. Since ages, they used to eat bread made of dry apricot flour with curry made of dry apricot in the oil extracted from apricot, and in the afternoon everyone used 30 to 50 kernels of apricot as dessert. They never waste apricot kernel, and average life of Hunzakuts is 85 years and there is no cancer patient is reported uptill now.

So the answer of question, how to stop from becoming deficient, is very simple i.e. to supply the body what it requires i.e. Nutrition/ Vitamins. Vitamins not actually remove the disease or heal the body but enable the body to heal itself. Every medical doctor will please to warn with side effects of natural vitamins but will never enlighten the dangerous side-effects of drugs.

Most interesting thing is that doctors are opposing the consumption of Vitamins without any cogent evidence, and hilariously rejecting use of vitamins being bad for health, on the basis of assumptions and thereby limiting the use thereof. On the other hand they are promoting drugs, for the reasons best known to them. Drug companies would bankrupt, if people become healthy, which obviously not preferred by Drug Companies, so they want people unhealthy and doctors are helping them indirectly.
